I wanted a PT to help me reach my fitness goals. I was also looking for someone to motivate me and push me to work hard. I wanted someone with extensive knowledge to show me and help me with exercises to support my back injury.
I chose Michael from FLAUNT IT personal training as I was impressed with his knowledge on health and fitness and wanted to learn more from him. I have been training with Michael for almost a year now and have loved every session! He makes training fun and he encourages me to try my best in every session.
The workouts are challenging and I always feel like I have had a good workout after our sessions. My fitness goals are to increase my fitness and strengthen my back so I am not so limited in what I can do. Through regular sessions, Michael is showing me new exercises and techniques to help achieve this.
His knowledge, attitude and encouragement are also helping with this.
He is just GREAT!!
