I had just moved back to Brisbane after a number of years living interstate and had found that my travels had left me with a lot of fantastic memories, but not a great deal of fitness.  I knew that I wanted to regain some of the energy and vitality that I possessed as a 20-something,  but was unsure about the best way to do so in my 30s.

Michael from FLAUNT IT was able to show me exactly how and in very little time!  Two to three sessions a week over the last month has already seen me ‘tone-up’ and I can feel my energy levels and self-confidence rising almost daily.

FLAUNT IT places a heavy emphasis on a variety of exercises in its training sessions and clearly relies on the ability of its Trainers to deliver a workout which maximises impact and enjoyment all the while at a time, place and tempo of your choice.

I look forward to continuing my FLAUNT IT training into the future as I know that the best way for a busy person like me to get the most out of exercise is to have a talented and positive Trainer, like Michael, drive me towards the level of fitness and health that I desire.
