I love my training sessions with Lianne. Every session is different, so you never get bored, but always feel challenged. Since training with Lianne, I have achieved noticeable results, definitely leaner, my bottom half trimmer and my top half more defined (just what a girl wants). Also, my cardiovascular fitness is much improved.
For me, being fit and healthy is really important, it improves the quality of my life and means that I am not limited from doing things because I am not fit or strong enough to do some kind activitity.
Lianne is a thoughful and caring person, she listens to what I want to achieve with my training and then develops a session that will work towards those goals. Also, Lianne advises what other kind of exercise I should be doing when not personal training to achieve my goals. I consider my personal training one of my best investments.
